Consulting projects and deliverables
Part of the Consulting learning and recruiting path. Read the explanation and example, attempt the task, then open the self-check.
Know what to learn for your role.
From foundations to a work sample, with sources, tasks and self-checks.
Understand
Consulting helps clients make decisions through problem definition, evidence, hypothesis testing and recommendations. Distinguish strategy, operations, risk and technical implementation rather than relying on the consultant title.
Worked example
Entering a new city and implementing a finance system require different analysis, deliverables and technical depth.
Examples and numbers are educational, not employer questions, live market data or hiring criteria.
Practise and keep your output
Compare two consulting roles by client problem, deliverable, skills and your supporting experience.
Keep inputs and sources, assumptions, steps, results and uncertainties in your own document. Attempt independently before checking below.
After attempting: answer and self-check
State the decision the work supports, rather than only describing slides. Support each skill with a personal example.
