The role and the cycle

JPMorgan's Hong Kong investment banking summer analyst programme for the 2027 intake: application in March 2026, online assessment in April, HireVue in April, first-round interviews in May, Superday in June.

I applied without a referral and without a prior finance internship. My outcome was an offer in late June 2026.

How the process actually ran

Applied 27 March 2026. Online assessment in early April. HireVue mid-April. First-round interviews in early May. Superday in mid-June. Offer in late June.

The gap between the first round and the Superday was five weeks. I used it to close the technical gap I knew I had, which is the only reason I was ready in June.
