Government Laboratory — Chemist entry requirements
Read the Government Laboratory’s own entry requirements. The Chemist grade is a postgraduate route: a relevant bachelor degree plus either a Master’s degree or two years of relevant post-graduate experience, together with the civil service language and aptitude papers and the Basic Law test.
Hong Kong institution, statutory body or programme published for Hong Kong; individual services, eligibility and dates must be checked.
Recommended next action
Check first whether you have, or can get, the Master’s degree or the two years of post-graduate experience, then check the CRE and Basic Law papers against results you already hold.
Access and scope
The requirements page is free to read. Nothing here purports to be an open vacancy.
