Prerequisites and goal
A course, society, part-time or personal project; no prestigious internship is required.
Start with diagnostics; skip explanations you can already apply independently.
Start with facts
Start with a specific difficulty: the stakeholder, your responsibility, your choices and the records. Separate team results from personal work. Without impact numbers, describe scope, quality checks or feedback. AI may probe missing facts but must not invent growth rates.
Check attribution
An event with 200 attendees does not prove you recruited them. Record your channel, process data and others' contributions. Keep failed approaches and revisions to explain tradeoffs. Use anonymized extracts instead of uploading participants' names.
Worked example · fictional
From a problem to inspectable work
Fictional: a four-person team earned A; the student merged three data files.
The grade is context; personal evidence includes the merge script, duplicate checks and handover.
Do not claim a 50% efficiency gain without measurement.
Card: aligned keys across three files, checked duplicates, reconciled counts and match rates, and handed over a rerunnable script; grade attribution was not measured.
Failure case and repair
Claim the team's award as personal impact.
Attribution and responsibility cannot be defended.
Separate context, personal actions and supported outcomes.
