The role and the cycle
BCG Hong Kong associate internship, 2027 intake. Applications opened in September 2025 — months before the banking cycle — with an online case, first-round cases in October and final rounds in November.
The funnel is entirely case-driven. There is no technical exam in the banking sense. My outcome was an offer in late November 2025.
How the process actually ran
Applied 4 September 2025. Online case late September. First-round cases late October. Final-round cases mid-November. Offer late November.
Twelve weeks, and almost all of it was decided in two days of case interviews.
